I recently went to Oklahoma to visit my mother. On her to-do list of things I must accomplish while I was home was to go through boxes of my old belongings and decide which of my childhood treasures were worth keeping, and what could be tossed. I came across my beloved stamp collection that I started in third grade. It was actually a pretty amazing collection, it includes stamps from all over the world. It is almost impossible to pick a favorite. I wonder any of these could be worth money someday...? Who knows, but I can simply appreciate these gorgeous stamps for the stellar designs. Please enjoy these selections from my childhood stamp collection.

new shipment of collectables

Many of you may not be familiar with my large collection of beer coasters. I now have a stockpile of them that I have snatched from bars, breweries and restaurants since before I could legally drink alcohol. I was having kind of a crap day when I went to check the mail and my uncle Perry had sent me a package of coasters that he has started gathering for me. They are mostly from Oregon. I love getting new treasures. Check out my favorites!
